1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We do not access your Google password or other Google account data.

1.2 Uploaded Images

Photos you upload for caricature generation are temporarily stored on Cloudflare R2 servers. All uploaded images are automatically deleted after 15 days.

1.3 Generated Images

AI-generated caricatures are stored on Cloudflare R2 for 15 days, then automatically deleted. We do not permanently store your images.

1.4 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog, including page views and feature usage. This data helps us improve the Service.

1.5 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io or Waffo.com Limited, as shown at checkout. We do not store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. The Merchant of Record for your purchase may collect information necessary to process your payment in accordance with its privacy policy.

1.6 Optional Gift Previews

Where gift previews are available, choosing "Preview gift options" sends your generated image's public address to Zazzle so it can retrieve the image and render product previews. Text you explicitly apply is also sent to Zazzle. Your original uploaded photo and generation prompt are not sent through this feature. Loading these previews connects your browser to Zazzle, which receives network information such as your IP address.

Continuing to Zazzle shares the same generated image and applied text for customization and ordering. We do not include your site account ID or email in these links. Our gift feature analytics record interactions and whether text was applied, without the image address or the text itself.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the caricature generation service
• To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
• To communicate important service updates

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• AI processing providers — uploaded images are sent to our AI provider for caricature generation, then deleted from their servers after processing
• Cloudflare R2 — for temporary image storage (15 days)
• Creem.io and Waffo.com Limited — for payment processing
• PostHog — for anonymized usage analytics
• Neon — for database hosting (user accounts, credits, transaction records)
• Zazzle — when you choose optional gift previews or continue customizing a gift. Zazzle handles gift orders, payments, printing, shipping, and customer service under its own terms and privacy notice.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Images: Automatically deleted after 15 days for all users (free and paid)
• Account data: Retained as long as your account is active
• Transaction records: Retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes

Our 15-day image retention period applies to our storage. Images and text you choose to share with Zazzle may be stored or cached by Zazzle under its own policies. Deleting an image from our service does not delete copies already shared with Zazzle.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Anonymous users may receive a tracking cookie for rate-limiting purposes. PostHog may set analytics cookies to measure site usage.

Gift links include our Zazzle referral identifier and campaign tag. Zazzle may use cookies or other tracking to attribute purchases. We may earn a commission from eligible purchases at no extra cost to you.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of analytics tracking
• Download your generated images before the 15-day expiry

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure OAuth authentication, and access-controlled cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the website.
