All payments for Caricature Generator are processed by Creem.io (Armitage Labs OÜ), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Once credits are added to your account, they are generally non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire.

However, if the Service was materially unavailable or failed to deliver the described functionality at the time of your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using subscription features, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or process a refund.

Refund Eligibility

The Service was materially unavailable or non-functional during the refund window
A technical error resulted in duplicate charges

Refunds are generally NOT provided for:

Credits that have already been used

Chargebacks

Creem.io reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. Customers may also initiate chargebacks through their payment provider at any time. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
