Important clarification: This Service is a style caricature tool only. We do NOT provide face-swap, deepfake, face replacement, or any identity manipulation services. Our AI exclusively creates exaggerated, cartoon-style artistic portraits of the same person depicted in the uploaded photo. The output is always a stylized caricature — never a realistic reproduction or identity substitution.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Use the Service to generate offensive, abusive, sexually explicit, or NSFW imagery
Use the Service to impersonate another person, create deceptive content, or generate images of public figures/celebrities for fraudulent purposes
Use the Service for any form of face-swapping, deepfake creation, or identity manipulation
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Reverse-engineer or exploit the Service infrastructure
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service

Violations of these policies may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the Service.

5. Content Safety & Filtering

We are committed to preventing the generation of harmful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content. Our safety measures include:

Input filtering: Uploaded images and text prompts are screened to detect and reject inappropriate, NSFW, or harmful content before processing.

6. Image Ownership & Rights

7. Image Storage & Retention

All uploaded images and generated caricatures are automatically deleted after 15 days. We do not provide permanent storage. You are responsible for downloading and saving any images you wish to keep.

8. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Creem.io (Armitage Labs OÜ), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Once credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current period.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted if the Service was materially unavailable or failed to deliver the described functionality
Creem.io reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks
